Wet snow
As of noon Friday Feb. 26 the road from mill hill to island is covered with wet snow. Depth of snow on new road is 10 inches. Drifts on the causeway road up to 2 feet.

New snow
Yesterday the road was found to be plowed (to the base) from mill hill to the top of maple hill. But as of 4 pm today, Tuesday Feb. 23, there is 4 inches of wet snow covering the road. The road is still very passable. Lake is still well travelled by snowmobiles.

Road is great
Lightly snowing this morning. The road is in great shape all the way to the cottage. Lots of snowmobile traffic on the lake the last few weeks. Maple sap should be running in the next 30 days.

Rink, road
The road is passable to the island. Due to the slush and snow cover, the rink is now half the size.
