Road

The road has been removed of snow from the mill hill to top of maple hill. From maple hill to the middle of the island the snow is compacted and numerous passes have been made by vehicles.

At two locations vehicles have slid of the road. Extraction unknown.

Lake and traffic

There is about 2" of fresh snow on the ice. At least one vehicle has driven onto the island.

Skating heaven

It seems that the entire lake is skatable. About 1" of snow on the flat ice make it extremely slippery for walking. It appears that a large wooden dock has drifted onto the shore on the southwest side of the island. It has two buckets containing chains.

Great rink ahead?

The snow has left the lake! Without some unknown wind and snow, the lake should be skatable from end to end. The road is bare from the mill hill to Africa Trail.
